No. On iPhone we use a supervised management profile; on Android, device-owner enrolment that survives a factory reset. Only we can lift it.
Does it arrive ready to use?
Yes. It is configured, filtered and tested here. If you bought service from us the SIM is activated too — power it on and make a call.
Can I change the app list later?
Yes, by phone, text or email. On a filter subscription there is no charge for changes; most are pushed while you are still on the line.
Is it really unlocked?
Unless you ask us to lock it to our plan, yes. It works on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and the resellers on those networks.
What if I do not like it?
14 days to return a handset in original condition. Setup labour is not refundable once the work is done, but we would rather fix the fit than take a return.
