One policy, hundreds of phones, one person to call.
We handle device programmes for mosdos: approved-device lists your hanhala can publish, bulk orders labelled per bochur, filtering phones students already own, and a number your office can call when something breaks mid-zman.
Seven things schools ask us for
Most start with one of these and end up using three or four. There is no minimum order to talk.
Bulk phone orders
Volume pricing on flips, touch phones and filtered smartphones, delivered labelled and configured per student.
Filtering phones they already own
Most schools find half the students already have a device. We filter those in place rather than making families buy again.
Approved-device lists
A short, current list of models that meet your standard, written so parents can act on it without calling the office.
Setup and labelling
Every phone arrives numbered and matched to a name, with contacts pre-loaded and the office number on speed dial.
Consultations
We sit with the hanhala, explain honestly what each filter can and cannot do, and help write a policy that holds up.
Large deployments
Several hundred devices, staged over a week, with on-site days so no bochur is waiting on a phone.
Ongoing support
One number for your office. Broken phone, blocked app, a boy who lost his handset before Shabbos — we handle it.
From first call to phones in hand, usually three weeks
Bigger programmes take longer only because policy takes longer. The device work itself moves fast.
Elul and the start of the winter zman are our busiest weeks by a wide margin. If you need forty phones by Rosh Chodesh, call six weeks out.
A twenty-minute call
How many students, what your standard is, what they already own, and when you need it. Usually enough to quote from.
Written quote and device list
Per-model pricing, setup costs, filter costs, and the approved-device list you can publish to parents as-is.
Policy sign-off
We review it with the hanhala or your vaad before anything is ordered. This is where most of the calendar time goes.
Configuration and labelling
Devices enrolled, filters applied, app lists set, contacts loaded, and each phone labelled to a name.
Handover and support
On-site distribution day if you want one, then a direct number for the office for the rest of the year.
Volume pricing, plainly
Handset pricing depends on the model and the quantity. Setup and filtering are where the volume discount really lands, because the per-device work drops sharply after the first twenty.
| 1 – 10 devices | Standard pricing |
|---|---|
| 11 – 25 devices | 5% off handsets |
| 26 – 100 devices | 10% off, setup halved |
| 100+ devices | Quoted per programme |
Net-30 terms available for established mosdos. Purchase orders accepted.
Filters we deploy
If your Rov or vaad has ruled on a specific filter, that is the one we install. We do not push our own.
Tell us what you are working with
Fill this in and we will come back within one business day with a written quote and a realistic timeline. If it is urgent, call — that is always faster.
From mosdos we work with
“We put 140 phones through him for the zman. Every one arrived labelled, filtered and matched to the boy it was for.”
“Camp is eight weeks and there is no time for a device problem. Two summers now, one phone call each time, both fixed the same day.”
